F. Bruce Cohen

F. Bruce Cohen focuses on United Therapies’ strategic planning and initiatives, day-to-day operations and management including financial management, as well as business development strategies. Bruce joined United Therapies in March 2003 and served as its Chief Financial Officer until August 2010. Prior to joining United Therapies, Bruce was a lawyer in Chicago focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate issues.

Bruce is a founder and director of the non-profit Knock Foundation, which operates an orphanage in Tanzania and builds schools and conducts medical missions throughout Africa. Bruce serves on the Board of Directors of Camp Ramah in Wisconsin and the Council of Urologic Interests and is a member of the Alumni Council of Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Bruce received a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.P.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
