Insurance & Billing

If you have questions about insurance and billing, we may be able to help.

Once your procedure is scheduled, our friendly Patient Financial Services team starts working with your physician’s office and the site of service on the financial aspect of your procedure. Our team will obtain your demographics and verify your insurance information to best prepare you for potential out of pocket expenses, if any. A representative works with your physician to obtain prior authorization or pre-certification, when possible. We will make every effort to contact you prior to the procedure to inform you of the benefits/requirements quoted by your insurance carrier, your financial obligations and your payment options.

We strive to provide patients with an estimated calculation of financial responsibility and other pertinent data prior to the procedure in hopes of creating transparency throughout. Each patient receives an individualized approach because we are sensitive to our patients’ unique coverages and financial expectations. Our teams have decades of experience in working in tandem with the insurance carriers, patients, physicians and sites of service and through these relationships we are able to improve the Patient Financial Services Experience.
